Refund Policy

 

* When requested 30 Days of the Scheduled Event=100% Refund

* When requested 15 Days of the Scheduled Event=50% Refund

* Due to our costs associated with hosting the event, no refunds are offered within 14 days of any Scheduled Event.

 

Substitutions or transfers of registrations are not allowed.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

 

* Weather-Shortened Event.

* The Event will be moved Indoors.

* When doable, the Event will be pushed to the next day.

 

Team or Sibliing Discounts

 

* Due to NCAA rules and how they relate to the format of our event,  we are unable to offer any team or sibling discounts.

 

Sold Out Event / Wait List

 

* In the event of a sellout, the opportunity to join the "Wait-List" will become an option.  

* Wait-Listed Individuals are awarded an opportunity to participate in the order in which their reservation was made.

* We do not make exceptions for "Wait List" athletes based on the ability of the player or any association.
