Jerrad Hardin Fastpitch - Next Level Elite Camps
FAQ
Q: What is the policy regarding inclement weather?
A: In the event of inclement weather prior to the camp such as the night before, the camp will be moved to an alternative location under a different format without the competition piece, with added instructional time. We will go forward with the camp as we will have all of our coaches in town with lots of money invested on fees, travel, etc.
In the event of inclement weather during the event, we will consider how much of the event we have finished, whether or not we can sustain a rain delay, and/or whether we can relocate indoors, or if a substantial part of the day has finished, it will be a rain-shortened event.
All efforts will be made to finish the event!
Q: Is there a refund in the event I have registered my daughter and then she is unable to attend?
A: A full refund is available when requested within 30 days of the scheduled event. After that time, a 50% refund is available up until 14 days prior to the event. After that point, refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What happens when the event sells out, and I still want to get my daughter in the camp?
A: When we sell out, we cannot and will not take any more athletes. The maximum number allowed with our format is 132 participants. Once an event is sold out the registration link is removed and all other requests are then placed on a waiting list.
Q: Is there a registration deadline?
A: Yes, each event will close registration: a) when the event sells out or b) 20 days prior to the event
Q: Why is there not a specific location listed for my event?
A: Every city provides us with multiple venues to host our event. We want to be certain we find the best facility for our participants. Often times it takes time to find the best place! Rest assured, we will host the event at a nice facility very near the city listed for the event.
Q: Why a Next Level Camp?
A: There simply is no comparison to what the Next Level Camp can provide to its participants. Our main focus is to make sure that our participants have every opportunity to improve while also showcasing their skills to all of the coaches in attendance. We take great pride in the fact that many of our participants find a school, both big and small, as a direct result of a Next Level Elite Camp.
Q: What schools will be there?
A: The 9-10 Division-I coaches listed on the event page will certainly be there as they are hired to work the event. We also invite dozens of other coaches to attend strictly for evaluating and recruiting purposes. Attendance for additional coaches for this purpose range between 20-40 at each event, and they generally represent a wide-range of schools from DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, and JUCO.
Q: I want to register, but I don't have a PayPal Account?
A: No PayPal account is needed. PayPal is simply processing our payments. Anyone with a credit or debit card can register via the link. Should you have other concerns, and would like to pay in a different method, please call us.
